Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to lesson fees paid to Site Maplecore Mining Classroom for open seats, private cohorts, and on-site briefings confirmed by written invoice. This website does not collect payment; refunds follow the bank transfer or other method stated on your invoice.

Timeframe for cancellation

Cancel in writing to info@sitemaplecore.click. Cancellations received fourteen (14) or more days before the first lesson day receive a full refund of lesson fees paid, minus any non-refundable items listed below. Cancellations seven to thirteen days before receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations fewer than seven days before the start date are not refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a later open seat at our discretion.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. Partial refunds follow the schedule above when you cancel. If a multi-day intensive has already begun, fees for completed days are non-refundable; unused remaining days may receive a proportional credit if we caused the interruption.

Non-refundable items

Custom printed floor-map sets ordered for a private cohort, interpreter fees already booked, and third-party room hire outside our Nongkhaem classroom are non-refundable once ordered.

Deposits

Private cohorts may require a thirty percent (30%) deposit to hold the date. The deposit is credited toward the final fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation schedule as lesson fees.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if you notify us at least ten (10) days before the original date and a later seat or cohort slot exists. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation email.

No-shows

Participants who miss a lesson without notice forfeit the fee for that seat. Substituting another employee from the same organisation is allowed if we receive the name before the lesson starts.

Work already started

Preparation hours for tailored private materials begun after deposit clearance are deductible from any refund at the hourly rate noted on the quote.

Refund process and timing

Email info@sitemaplecore.click with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and return approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
