Operational Risk Classroom Intensive
A two-day classroom for mining shift leads and floor supervisors who need a shared language for hazards that interrupt halls — heat, power gaps, cable routing, visitor access, and rushed handovers.
Who it is for
Shift leads, floor supervisors, and maintenance coordinators who brief crews in crypto mining halls across Thailand. Participants should already walk the floor regularly; this is not an introductory tour of mining hardware.
Result you practise
By the close of day two, each participant delivers a short oral handover using a completed risk register worksheet and a marked floor sketch. Supervisors leave with language their night crews can repeat without inventing new terms each week.
Scope
Included: facilitated classroom hours, printed worksheets, sample incident cards, annotated wall maps for exercises, light refreshments, and a certificate of attendance for the intensive.
Excluded: legal advice, insurance filings, engineering redesign of halls, hardware installation, and remote monitoring of your site after the lesson.
Delivery details
- Provider: Site Maplecore Mining Classroom facilitators led by Kamon Prasert
- Duration: two consecutive days, 09:00–16:30 ICT with a midday break
- Location: our Nongkhaem classroom, or a private cohort room we arrange nearby
- Cohort size: six to sixteen participants for open seats; private cohorts up to twelve at our room
- Preparation: bring a simple floor sketch and, if allowed, a week of anonymised shift notes
- Constraints: closed-toe shoes for map exercises; photography of other employers’ materials is not permitted

Classroom rhythm

Day one — name the risks
Heat, power interruption, cable trip points, and visitor access. Teams mark a shared map and draft register lines.

Day two — brief and hand over
Oral drills, peer critique, and a final handover using each participant’s worksheet.
