Flagship lesson
Operational Risk Classroom Intensive
A two-day classroom for shift leads and floor supervisors. You walk through heat, power interruption, cable routing, visitor access, and handover gaps that commonly interrupt mining halls — then practise the briefings you will give your own crew.
Materials include annotated floor maps, a risk register worksheet, and a closing oral drill. Groups of six to sixteen work best.
